Does the alarm security system dial to a police station?

No. All alarm signals go to the monitoring station where the staff verifies the nature of the alarm before dispatching police, guards, fire department or emergency medical service.

In case of break-ins, either police or uniformed guards are dispatched to your premises.

Do the police charge to respond to my premises?

It depends on the municipality you live in. Many municipalities charge fees when police are dispatched to respond to a false alarm. By-laws vary from one municipality to another.

Private Guard response is an alternative and a supplement to Police response.

Upon arrival on the scene they will perform a thorough perimeter check for you. If there is an actual emergency, the guard service will determine if police need to be called.
